  • You may request a refund within 30 days of placing your order.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • To receive a full refund (excluding shipping), products must be returned unopened. Refunds in this case will be issued as store credit only.

  • If you receive an item sent in error, you are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.
